HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME IN THAILAND?

  • Delivery within Thailand typically takes 1-2 days.

    For islands and remote areas, please allow for 2-3 days.

    To ensure timely delivery, especially when planning a move from one location to another within Thailand, we recommend ordering in advance to your next destination.

DO YOU SHIP ON THE SAME DAY?

  • Bangkok Express Orders:

    Orders placed before 10:30 AM are shipped and delivered the same day.

    Orders Across Thailand:

    Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following day, ensuring prompt service.

    Delivery typically takes 1-2 days (Please allow 2-3 days for islands or remote areas).

    VIP Airport Kratom Delivery

    Get your order delivered directly to Bangkok's international airports, 24/7! This exclusive service is available for a fee of 900 THB for orders over 500 grams. (We are working on lowering both the  delivery cost and the minimum order amount for your convenience).

    Please note that deliveries must be booked and prepaid during our office hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

DO YOU DELIVER TO HOTELS?

Absolutely. Delivering to hotels is a common request, and all we need is your room and phone number and the hotel's contact information to ensure smooth delivery. This service also extends to apartments and condominiums for your convenience.

DO YOU DELIVER TO RURAL AREAS AND ISLANDS?

Yes, our delivery network covers the entire country, including rural areas and islands. Please note, delivery times to these locations may extend to 2-3 days.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Orders exceeding 2000 THB qualify for free shipping, making it even more convenient to enjoy our products.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel weight. For example, shipping a 200g parcel via express mail nationwide (excluding islands) costs 42 THB. For islands and remote areas, there is a 15 THB surcharge.

WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE?

For reliable and fast delivery, we have a contract with Thailand Post, known for its extensive network across Thailand. We are also partners with Flash and other Express Companies to accommodate a range of shipping preferences and requirements.

Absolutely. We ensure the highest quality and safety of our "Bangkok Kratom" products by sending random samples from each batch to an independent third-party laboratory in the USA, renowned within the Kratom community for its precise alkaloid testing. Additionally, our products undergo rigorous screening for potential contaminants, reaffirming our commitment to purity and compliance.
