• Initiate an international transfer selecting Thailand (Thai Baht, THB).
• Provide our bank details clearly (full name, bank account number, bank code).
• Transfers typically arrive within minutes.

PayPal's Xoom:

• Log into Xoom with your PayPal account.
• Select Thailand and "Bank Deposit" as your method.
• Provide our detailed Thai bank information.
• Expect funds within two business days.

To speed up things, please share your transfer confirmation slip via email, WhatsApp, or Line afterward. Your kratom order will be processed immediately upon confirmation of your transfer.

Ordering & Shipping Information

To guarantee your kratom arrives quickly and correctly, please provide:

• A Thai phone number (your own, hotel, or friend's).
• WhatsApp or Line contact.
• Your email address.
• Accurate full name and shipping address.

Bangkok Express Orders:

• Orders placed and paid before 10:30 a.m. are shipped and delivered the same day.
• Orders placed after this time arrive the next day.

·        On Sundays and public holidays there is no Express Delivery possible. Orders will be shipped on the next working day.

Standard Shipping:

• Orders confirmed and paid before 3:00 p.m. (15:00) ship on the same day.
• Typical delivery time is 1-2 days (longer for islands/rural areas).

Standard Shipping COD:

• Same-day shipping for orders placed before 3:00 p.m.
• Ensure someone is available to accept and pay for the package if you’re unavailable.

We strive to ship kratom orders until 5 p.m. daily, with the official cutoff for same-day dispatch at 3 p.m.
